ISC, Information Support Concepts, Inc. announces the Geist RSM Series rackmount powerstrip power distribution unit with Power and Environmental Monitoring. The RMS series combines complete monitoring with standard environmental monitoring to create a multi-functional power monitoring strip. This combination of power and environmental data allows for effective benchmarking of two critical variables in the data center today, power and cooling.
The RSM series is available in both rackmount and vertical configurations to fit most any data center placement. Today’s changing weather patterns had added to the challenge of maintaining stable power and cooling. The RSM series is available in 15 and 20 amp and can detect hot spots or humidity problems in areas not detected by larger room detection sensors.
