Web hosting directory and review site, FindMyHost.com, released its 2010 Editor’s Choice Awards for August. Network Solutions® was the winner in the business hosting category. Editors at FindMyHost.com reviewed Network Solutions web hosting packages and gave an “A” grade for the sales process, customer support, package features and usability.

After testing the three methods for customer support (email, trouble ticket and phone), the editors preferred the phone method; however they found that all three contact points were met with great response and resolution times. They also found Network Solutions sales associates to be helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.
