Earlier this year, Gumiyo, a leading provider of “m-Commerce” mobile marketing solutions, engaged Bluewolf to deliver advanced management for its virtualized infrastructure on the AWS cloud computing infrastructure. Gumiyo outsources the management of its cloud-based LAMP stack to Bluewolf. Additionally, Bluewolf provides System Administration and 24×7 monitoring and support for Gumiyo’s MySQL environment.
Gumiyo turned to AWS, specifically Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (Amazon EC2) and Amazon Simple Storage Service (Amazon S3), in 2007 to meet the scalability and performance requirements of their web-hosted applications. Gumiyo sought to further offload the daily monitoring of its systems and supplement their in-house technical expertise by outsourcing to a managed service provider with cloud experience.
