Sudlows announce the acquisition of York Technology Group Limited, a leading national provider of Information Communication Technology (ICT) solutions and services.
Their operation will now be consolidated into the Sudlows service offering with Director, Ben Lavelle, joining the Sudlows team as head of the expanded Connectivity Division.
The acquisition makes Sudlows the most advanced data centre design and build specialist in the UK, expanding both its Manchester head quarters and London office. Sudlows itself has doubled its turnover to £11 million and anticipates greater growth, next year, to £20 million.
