InMotion Hosting Upgrades VPS Customers

InMotion Hosting, a leading web hosting and domain registration company, today announced the release of new virtual private server (VPS hosting) products with enhanced specifications. The company also announced that it was upgrading all current VPS customers to the new products at no charge, giving them double the dedicated memory and 50% more transfer bandwidth than with their previous products.

The new products, the VPS-1000, VPS-2000 and VPS-3000, come standard with a full cPanel/WHM license, enterprise-class Linux OS (CentOS), RAID 10 high-performance data storage and redundant high-speed network connection. They also include burstable memory, which allows the VPS to occasionally exceed its dedicated RAM usage during peak traffic periods.

“At InMotion we are committed to constantly improving our web hosting. In many cases, particularly with technology, customers may not even realize the work we are doing.” said Todd Robinson, CEO of InMotion Hosting. “This time, though, the improvements in our VPS Hosting line provides significant additional capacity for our customers to use. This is really exciting and, even if our customers don’t require it at the moment, they are ready for growth in the future.”
