Modwest, a web hosting provider, today announced the introduction of an WordPress Blog installer system. The company states that WordPress is powerful blog publishing software that runs popular websites, including The Wall Street Journal Magazine, Rolling Stone Daily Blog, and TechCrunch.
It further states that now, its customers can launch their own WordPress-powered site in just a few seconds. The new feature is available now inside OnSite, the hosting control panel developed and provided by it. There is no fee associated with the WordPress service, adds the company.
Modwest CEO John Masterson said, “When we asked our customers how we could improve our services, the top-voted answer in our Grupthink-powered customer community was a WordPress autoinstaller. Only by responding to feedback like this can we compete effectively in a crowded market, so we set a team to the task and deployed the new feature as quickly as we could.”
