Also, included are reseller training, sales support, 24×7×365 technical support, marketing programs and access to an online partner portal. One of the first large MSPs to join the program is MspPortal.net, which turned to Red Condor to provide a more cost-effective and reliable solution to manage its clients spam and malware issues. MspPortal.net supports thousands of customers across the country ranging in size from 10 to thousands of users and was not satisfied with the performance or customer support offered by Postini, its previous provider.
