Website Hosting Provider Squarespace may be planning an early 2021 IPO according to Bloomberg.
The company has been discussing its IPO plans with potential advisers and might select banks this month for the listing, said the people, who asked not to be idenitified because the information was private.
In its secondary market funding round in December 2017, equity firm General Atlantic invested $200 million. At the time, Squarespace’s valuation was close to $1.7 billion, by Bloomberg. Crunchbase, based on research by PrivCo, estimates the post-money valuation to be between $1 billion to $10 billion.
